Choose this service for cracked or lifting tiles, visible workmanship concerns, damp wet areas or general waterproofing advice. If you need a documented investigation for strata, an insurer or a disputed leak, a written defect report may be more suitable.
What you receive
Verbal findings on site and summary condition notes. This assessment does not include a written diagnostic report. We explain observed concerns, what remains uncertain and whether further investigation would help.
Accessible areas, clear limitations
Concealed membranes cannot be fully assessed from surface observations alone. We distinguish visible conditions from suspected causes rather than promise to identify every hidden defect in a single visit.
