Depending on access and the agreed scope, observations cover visible surface preparation, junctions and penetrations, upturns and terminations, drainage and falls, and available product records. Tell us the construction stage when you enquire so the visit can be planned around the right hold point.
Written observations for the people doing the work
You receive written hold-point observations with photos to share with your builder or waterproofer. The report identifies observed concerns and limitations; it does not guarantee concealed work or replace the installing contractor’s obligations.
Inspection is not regulatory certification
Assessment may refer to applicable Australian Standards, project details and available manufacturer instructions. An inspection report is not a waterproofing certificate, statutory declaration or approval from a building certifier.
