What is included in your waterproofing defect report
The agreed investigation includes inspection of accessible areas, job history, photographic evidence, moisture checks and mapping, an evidence-based assessment, limitations and recommended next steps. Findings distinguish observed conditions from likely causes and questions that need further testing.
A report you can share with builders, strata or insurers
Use the report to brief a repairer, compare proposed approaches or support discussions with your strata manager or insurer. Acceptance and additional evidence requirements depend on the recipient; a report does not guarantee insurance cover or determine legal liability.
Independent investigation, not repair sales
We investigate and report rather than sell the repair. If accessible evidence is insufficient, we explain the investigation gap and discuss the next step before any invasive testing is considered.
